Project Manager
1st Shift
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead customer projects from quote to completion. This position serves as the bridge between customers and the business to ensure projects are communicated clearly, completed on time, within budget, and to customer specifications.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in metal fabrication and project management, communicate professionally, be self-driven, take ownership and execute. This position works onsite daily at our facility in Manitowoc, Wisconsin. Relocation or citizen sponsorship is not available. Pay is based on relevant experience, qualifications, and education.
Schedule:
1st Shift: Monday – Thursday Typical Work Week
Friday are Flexible
Key Responsibilities:
– Manage multiple fabrication projects from quote to final delivery.
– Serve as the primary point of contact to customers for project updates and ensuring expectations are met.
– Monitor project milestones, budgets, schedules, and delivery commitments.
– Identify potential production bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
– Review and revise Contracts.
– Develop and maintain manufacturing routings and bills of material.
– Coordinate material availability and shop capacity requirements.
– Work closely with purchasing and inventory personnel to support production schedules.
– Consistently review projects job performance to estimates and profitability.
– Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on lead times, quality, and throughput.
– Ensure all customer documentation is completed.
Qualifications:
– 5+ years of project management, manufacturing engineering, operations, or production planning experience.
– Experience in heavy fabrication, structural steel, pressure vessel, mining, defense, construction equipment, or large weldment manufacturing.
– Strong understanding of:
Welding and fabrication processes
CNC plasma and oxy-fuel burning
Machining operations
Plate forming and rolling
Production scheduling
Manufacturing routings
ERP/MRP systems
– Strong customer service and communication skills.
– Attention to detail and organized.
– Ability to track and trend data and present findings in an easy-to-understand format.
– Ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications.
– Ability to critically think and solve problems.
– Proficient in Microsoft office products such as Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Teams.
– Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Preferred:
– Associate degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, – Operations Management, or related field.
– Experience with ERP systems such as Epicor, Job BOSS, Global Shop, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics.
– Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma experience.
– Certified Project Management credentials.

Drafter/CNC Nester Programmer
1st Shift
We are seeking an experienced CAD Drafter/CNC Nester Programmer to join our fabrication team. A successful individual will be responsible for creating and modifying part drawings, preparing CNC cutting programs, and optimizing material utilization through efficient nesting for CNC burn tables. This is a full-time position that works onsite daily at our facility in Manitowoc, Wisconsin. Relocation or citizen sponsorship is not available. Pay is based on relevant experience, qualifications, and education.

Key Responsibilities:
– Create and revise 2D part drawings from customer prints, sketches, and engineering specifications.
– Generate CNC programs for plasma, oxy-fuel, laser, or other CNC cutting equipment.
– Perform nesting of parts to maximize material yield and minimize scrap.
– Review drawings and specifications to ensure manufacturing accuracy.
– Maintain drawing revisions and document control procedures.
– Collaborate with production team members to troubleshoot programming and fabrication issues.
– Verify cut files and machine settings before release to production.
– Assist with process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce production costs.
– Provide technical support to production and quality departments as needed.
– Manage plate inventory and determine and submit plate material order requests.
– Ensure compliance with company safety and quality standards.
– Work with a high degree of accuracy and have a strong degree of quality consciousness.
Qualifications:
– Three years of experience using CAD software such as AutoCAD, DraftSight, SolidWorks, or similar required.
– Three years’ experience programming and nesting CNC burn tables required.
– Experience with nesting software such as SigmaNEST, ProNest, FastCAM, or similar strongly preferred. – Knowledge of plasma, laser, or oxy-fuel cutting processes preferred.
– Must be able to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.
– Must have a strong understanding of fabrication processes and steel plate manufacturing.
– Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are required.
– Must have strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
– Experience managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines required.
– Associate degree or technical certification in Drafting, – Engineering Technology, Manufacturing, or related field preferred – in lieu of degree may consider 5+ years of progressive relevant experience.
– Experience in a steel fabrication or manufacturing environment strongly preferred.
– Experience managing materials is preferred.
– Professional communication and teamwork skills required.

Fitter/welder
2nd / 3rd Shift
We are seeking a skilled Fitter/Welder to join our team. This role involves performing a variety of fitting and welding processes on large weldments, requiring attention to detail, quality workmanship, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Schedule:
2nd Shift: Monday – Thursday 2:45 PM – 12:45 AM
3rd Shift: Monday – Thursday 7:00 PM – 5:00 AM
4-day workweek (4 x 10-hour shifts) with occasional OT on Fridays
Key Responsibilities:
– Fit and weld large weldments using GMAW and FCAW processes
– Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
– Ensure weld quality meets company and customer specifications
– Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently
– Inspect finished work and make necessary adjustments or repairs
– Maintain a clean and safe work environment
– Regular and dependable attendance is a requirement of this position
– Process all necessary documentation and paperwork for completed jobs
Qualifications:
– High School Diploma or equivalent required
– Minimum of 3 years of welding experience OR completion of a technical school welding program (preferred but not required)
– Strong proficiency in GMAW and FCAW required

Brake Press operator
2nd shift / 3rd Shift
We are seeking a Brake Press Operator for 2nd shift. This role will set-up and operate a 1500 ton brake press. This position requires attention to detail, quality workmanship, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Schedule:
2nd Shift: Monday – Thursday 2:45 PM – 12:45 AM
3rd Shift: Monday – Thursday 7:00 PM – 5:00 AM
4-day workweek (4 x 10-hour shifts) with occasional OT on Fridays
Key Responsibilities:
– Safely set-up and operate 1500 ton brake press
– Load tooling in and out of the press and create a program to run the parts efficiently
– Use various measuring equipment to make sure parts are acceptable to customer tolerances
– Read and interpret detailed blueprints, technical drawings, and GD&T to verify parts are within customer tolerance requirements
– Calculate bend allowances, angles, and layout bend lines
– Utilize hand tools, overhead cranes, forklifts, and other equipment safety during setup and material handling processes
– Perform housekeeping, quality documentation and accurate labor clocking per job
– Maintain a clean and safe work environment
– Regular and dependable attendance is a requirement of this position
Qualifications:
– High School Diploma or equivalent required
– Experience working with as a Brake Press Operator preferred
– Experience reading blueprints and using measuring tools required

Supply Chain Specialist
1st shift
This position is responsible for managing suppliers and materials for heavy metal fabrication. The Supply Chain Specialist reviews material requirements, and plans and purchases the highest quality materials, parts, and components, etc. at the most cost-effective pricing while meeting delivery requirements. Working with shipping and receiving to suppliers and customers.
Schedule:
This role is full-time and provides flexible working hours; however, all employees are required to be present during the designated core hours.
1st Shift Core Hours:
Monday – Thursday 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
-Order materials required per the project schedule,
work closely with Project Managers to ensure proper materials are ordered and ready per production schedule
-Select suppliers and negotiate terms to obtain materials and production in a timely manner
-Manage subcontractor base for best cost and lead times.
-Manage inventory and resolve material issues
-Negotiate material contracts and pricing
-Understand production schedule, material requirements and importance of ordering materials in accordance with project deadlines
-Receive materials and record material certifications
-Utilize Fulcrum ERP system and QuickBooks Online
-Evaluate supplier performance and provide feedback
-Complete and maintain all required paperwork, records, documents, etc.
-Identify and resolve problems with suppliers in a timely manner by gathering and analyzing information
-Work with a high degree of accuracy
-Assist other departments with various duties as assigned
-Creating shipping paperwork
Qualifications:
-Associate degree in a related field preferred, or equivalent experience may be considered
-1 – 3 years related experience required, preferably in a fabrication manufacturing environment
-Experience with negotiating contracts and pricing required
-Strong Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook skills required
-Experience using Fulcrum ERP and QuickBooks online systems a plus
-Strong attention to detail and organizational skills required
-Must be able to work independently and maintain confidentiality
-Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying, resolving, and implementing effective solutions
-Must be able to weigh all the variables and the best overall decision as purchasing decisions often have many variables at play, such as price, quality, delivery time, payment terms, etc.
-This role requires strong math skills a natural ability to add, subtract, and multiply costs. As a result, this person must have the abilities and skill to perform those tasks accurately and efficiently.
-Must be attentive to detail, perform high quality work, and notice small discrepancies or errors in others work and must have the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.

Accounting Specialist
1st shift
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Specialist to assist to perform a variety of responsibilities including accounting, costing, financial reporting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, and payroll while helping ensure accurate financial records and strong internal organization. Experience working in accounting within a manufacturing environment is preferred. This position works onsite daily at our facility in Manitowoc, Wisconsin. Relocation or citizen sponsorship is not available.
Schedule:
This role is full-time and provides flexible working hours; however, all employees are required to be present during the designated core hours.
1st Shift Hours:
Monday – Friday 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
-Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, maintain general ledger accounts, ensure timely and accurate payments to vendors and invoicing and collections
-Prepare tax filings and required governmental reports
-Enter and maintain information using QuickBooks Online and Fulcrum ERP systems
-Complete biweekly payroll for approximately 30 employees using QuickBooks Online including processing of taxes, direct deposits, garnishments, etc.
-Maintain personnel files, assist with onboarding
-Verify financial data and documents for accuracy
-Prepare spreadsheets, reports, and general correspondence as necessary
-Assist with general office coordination and administrative tasks
-Work with a high degree of confidentiality
Qualifications:
-Associate degree in Accounting required, may consider candidate with applicable experience in accounting and QuickBooks
-Must be able to calculate figures and amounts for accounting, payroll, and banking functions
